The Young Academy of Sweden (YAS) and the Junior Faculty (JF) KI have the pleasure to arrange an afternoon event about career systems and how to succeed as a researcher at KI. We welcome PhD-students, postdocs and researchers at KI.

The purpose is, among other things, to spread knowledge about the career structure at KI and to discuss the implementation of various career positions. Take the opportunity to meet and interact with the university management, including the president, to ask questions and better understand and plan for a successful research career.

Topics that will be discussed include: What does it take to succeed as a researcher at KI? What do career paths look like at KI? What are the visions and priorities for KI?
