13:50–14:50 Panel discussion with representatives from the faculties moderated by Anna Wetterbom, CEO of the Young Academy of Sweden

• What do the career paths look like at the different faculties?
• How will the new employment form “associate senior lecturer” be implemented at the different faculties?
• What criteria are used for promotion in the different disciplines?
• What will happen in terms of career paths and tenure track positions in the near future?
