13:30–14:00 Presentation of Umeå University by the vice chancellor Hans Adolfsson

• How does the career path look like at Umeå University today?
• Implementation of the new tenure track system at Umeå University.

14:00–15:00 Panel discussion with representatives from the faculties moderated by Marie Wiberg, Professor in Statistics, Umeå University and Young Academy of Sweden alumni

• How will the new employment form “associate senior lecturer” be implemented at the different faculties?
